Our Terms and Conditions

DIVA stocks a vast selection of new and nearly new designer clothing.

All garments are sold on a 50 / 50 commission basis (50% of the sale price to the customer).
Clothing must be clean and in perfect condition.

DIVA will stock your clothing for 2 months after which they should be collected if they have not been sold. It is helpful if you ring prior to collection.

All uncollected items will be donated to Charity.

All items are bought as seen and we regret we are unable to give refunds.

Please feel free to ring DIVA to enquire if your items have been sold, quoting the customer identity number on your receipt.
